‘SellersPack' is a bespoke online platform used by all main Surveying Firms to generate Home Reports. The system provides online access to the Home Report for prospective purchasers, time-stamping and recording each time it has been read.

To confirm the cost and instruct a Home Report: 

  1. Register and login, click 'Instruct a Home Report' and add your property details. Next.
  2. Select: Option 1: Check Surveyor fees and Instruct a Home Report using your preferred Surveyor Firm >>
  3. You will then see a list of surveyors covering the postcode area for your property and their individual scale of fees. If you wish to proceed select 'Make Payment' for the surveying firm you wish to instruct.
  4. Payment can be made on invoice, or the seller can pay online via credit card. In some cases the seller may also pay the Surveyor direct or use deferred payment.

The SellersPack panel of Surveyors includes D M Hall, Graham & Sibbald, J & E Shepherd, Allied Surveyors, Murray & Muir, R & W Hall, Spiers Gumley plus First Surveyors Scotland Group (Barr Brady, David Adamson & Partners, Dixon Heaney, Gabriel & White, Hardies, Stephen J Ormand, Buccleuch John Sale, Torrance Partners, Whyte & Barrie and Samuel & Partners) – these are the Surveying Firms on most Banks and Building Societies’ panels.
